Administration Overview

Lockers will either be deployed tobe integrated with Nexudus to enable use of the member app to unlock the locker door, or they can be deployed as a standalone solution for members who wish to use their own credentials to open locker doors.


Standalone System


Add a user

  1. Login to the admin portal
  2. Click Users > Add a new User
  3. Fill in the following fields:
    1. Name
    2. PIN (set this to be the persons Nexudus PIN)
    3. Card Number
    4. Email
  4. Click Save



Assign a Locker


The system is deployed in self-serve mode. Generally staff will authenticate at the kiosk via mobile or card, and the system will assign them a locker automatically. You should only need to manually assign a locker if there is a special request (for example a manager wants locker 8 because it's their lucky number).

  1. Login to the admin portal
  2. Click Users, Search for the user, and open their account
  3. Click Create Reservation
  4. Select the relevant locker bank from the left menu, and lockers will be displayed. Green lockers are available, red are reserved.
  5. Click the locker you want to reserve
  6. On the top right side, toggle the type from Fixed to Ad-hoc
  7. Click Create Reservation


Delete a Reservation


The system is deployed in self-serve mode. Generally staff will authenticate at the kiosk via mobile or card, they have the ability to release locker reservations themself. If a person leaves the company without releasing their reservation it may need to be done manually.

  1. Login to the admin portal
  2. Click Users, Search for the user, and open their account
  3. Within the Locker Reservations panel on the right side, click the red X button to release the reservation and return the locker to the available pool.


Manually Open a Locker


  1. Login to the admin portal
  2. Click Lockers, Select the relevant locker bank from the left menu.
  3. Within the Actions panel on the right sidebar, click Open Locker
